Timbre Wolfe

Mr. Wolfe is President and Chief Executive officer of Alpha
Lending, LLC. Mr. Wolfe was born and raised in the Boise,
Idaho area, and has resided in the Boise area all of his life.
He is a graduate of the National Automobile Dealers Academy
(1985); and is a graduate of the Ford Motor Company Dealer
Institute. Mr. Wolfe was raised in the farming and automotive
industries, learning all facets of these businesses, including finance,
insurance and management. Mr. Wolfe assisted in growing the family
auto business, which started in 1971 with a single Ford dealership. In
1988, Mr. Wolfe became Vice President and co-owner of Wolfe Automotive
Group, Inc. (aka Golden Rule Auto Group), which grew to encompass 14 new
vehicle franchises and dealerships in the Boise area, an in-house auto leasing business, an in-house financing arm for automobiles (Courtesy Auto Credit), and an extensive network of used vehicle sales locations. The Wolfe Automotive Group grew to annual sales in excess of $145 million, and employed more than 400 persons. In 1997, Wolfe Automotive Group was purchased by the Larry H. Miller Automotive Group, which allowed Mr. Wolfe to pursue new business endeavors.

In 1997, Mr. Wolfe formed Wolfe Properties & Investments LLC, a commercial property management company that owns investment property and is a leasing agent for such properties. The company also reviews, evaluates and provides private mortgage loans to borrowers on nonconforming and conforming loans.

In 1998, Mr. Wolfe formed, and currently serves as President of, Gem State Surety, Inc., a general surety agency, brokering surety bonds in the State of Idaho. Mr. Wolfe is a licensed surety agent in the State of Idaho and is appointed by and represents Bankers Surety Inc. of St. Petersburg, Florida.

From 1998 to 2004, Mr. Wolfe served on the Board of Managers of another private money lender, which invests private money into a pool for the investment in mortgages, deeds of trust and other investments for borrowers and individuals. As well as being a major investor in the Fund, Mr. Wolfe attended monthly management meetings on all matters affecting the Fund, and assisted the Fund in dealing with delinquency and foreclosed property matters, as well as decisions on loan and equity investments.

In 2006 Mr. Wolfe was selected for the 40 Accomplished Under 40 by the Idaho Business Review for civic involvement and business accomplishments.
