of your loan request:

• Personal federal income tax returns for the past two years
• Most recent earnings statement (if employed)
• Profit & loss statement (if self-employed)
• Purchase & sale agreement (if buying a property)
• Type of property (commercial, agricultural, vacant land)
• Property address and/or driving directions
• Lot size & zoning
• Description of improvement (square feet, # beds, # baths, # offices, # of parking spaces)
• Tenant information (rent charge, copy of lease, etc.)
• Pictures of the property if available
